Delivery Notice - March 2023

Our UK warehouse will be very busy during the last week of March for our annual stocktake.

HOW WILL THIS AFFECT ME?

If you place an order between Tuesday 28th March and Friday 31st March it will not be dispatched until the following week, on Monday 3rd April.

This means that orders you place during this period will be delayed in reaching you.

WILL YOU KEEP ME UP TO DATE?

Yes. You will receive an email confirming your order after it’s been placed. You will then get a second email letting you know when your parcel has been dispatched and left our UK warehouse.

Our courier DPD will then be in touch as usual, either by email and /or SMS text message, to inform you when your driver will be arriving.

CONTACTING US

We expect that orders placed between Tuesday 28th March and Friday 31st March will arrive by the end of Thursday 6th April.

We kindly ask that you bear this in mind and only contact our Customer Services team if your parcel has not arrived by the end of Thursday 6th April, as we will have no additional information for you within that window.
