Our loyalty programme allows you to earn Pharm Points every time you shop which you can redeem against a future order to save money.
Your Pharm Points balance is reset every year.
That means that you have until 30th September 2025 to spend any existing Pharm Points.
After this date your balance will be reset.
Before this changeover, (midnight Sunday 17th September 2025) you will stop earning any new Pharm Points on purchases as we prepare the system to begin a new year on 1st October 2025.
How do I check if I have points?
Your Pharm points are linked to your email address.
This means you will have earned them automatically if you made any orders since 1st September 2023 last year.
To check your balance or redeem points then you will need to be logged into your Manuka Pharm account on our website, which you do using your email address here.

I have some Pharm Points left, how do I spend them?
That is good news. You will be able to redeem your Hive Points on any order right up until 30th September 2025.
100 Pharm Points is equivalent to a £1 discount off an order.
500 Pharm Points is equivalent to a £5 discount off an order.
1000 Pharm Points is equivalent to a £10 discount off an order.
(Note - you will need to reach 100 points before you can exchange them for money off, and Pharm Points cannot be used to reduce the cost of shipping).
Your Pharm Points are redeemed at the checkout phase of your order.
This means you will need to log-in to our website first (see section above to learn how to do this).
Then finally on the checkout page, before you place your order, you will see a red slider-graphic on the page. Next to where your total is displayed.
You can move from left to right to apply some or all of your Pharm Points balance and reduce the total amount of your order.
Please note you cannot use your Pharm Points and a discount code in the same order.
Can I carry my old Pharm Points balance over to the new year?
Unfortunately you cannot transfer Pharm Points from year to year as part of the Terms and Conditions of the scheme. But we are allowing all customers to redeem any Pharm Points they have earned right up until 30th September 2024 (5 week’s notice from the date of this post). You will not be able to earn any further Pharm Points on this year’s balance from the 17th September 2024 as we prepare the system to switch over.
Any Pharm Points left after the 30th September 2024 will be voided. You will then start earning Hive Points again with a fresh balance from orders you make after 2nd October 2024.
